Graphic Designer (Event-Based)

About the role

Develop creative concepts and Key Visuals (KVs) for events, from ideation to final execution. Design pitching decks, event proposals, stage backdrops, booth designs, signage, and event collateral. Translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and Key Visuals (KVs) for events, from ideation to final execution
• Design pitching decks, event proposals, stage backdrops, booth designs, signage, and event collateral
• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines
• Prepare production-ready artwork and design files according to technical specifications
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Creative Event Planners, and production teams to ensure smooth design execution
• Manage multiple projects and revisions while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality

About you

• Minimum of 3–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a creative agency, Event Organizer (EO), or a related creative industry
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, and Canva for event design and pitching decks
• Strong eye for design, refined visual taste, and a broad range of creative references
• Understand layout, typography, color theory, branding, and print production
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors
• Stay updated on design trends, event concepts, and innovative visual applications
