The Opportunity
This is more than a production design role.

We're looking for a creative thinker who can help tell stories, strengthen brands and create visual experiences that engage audiences both online and in person.

You'll work closely with our Marketing Assistant and Management Team to develop compelling creative assets that drive visitation, build brand awareness and showcase everything our businesses have to offer.

Your Responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral across print and digital platforms
• Create engaging social media graphics and digital advertising creative
  Develop promotional materials for events, gaming, food, beverage and entertainment offerings
• Design brewery branding, packaging, product labels and merchandise
  Maintain brand consistency across multiple businesses
• Collaborate with internal teams to bring campaigns and concepts to life
• Contribute creative ideas that elevate our brands and customer experience

Manage projects from concept through to final production

About You

You are someone who gets excited at the thought of seeing your ideas in the real world.

You combine creativity with attention to detail and understand how great design influences customer behaviour and strengthens brands.

You'll bring:

• Experience in graphic design, branding or creative marketing
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility and commercial thinking
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A proactive mindset and ability to work across multiple brands simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with packaging design would be highly regarded
