Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging designs for social media posts, ads, banners, flyers, brochures, and marketing creatives
• Design and edit digital and print-ready artwork.
• Work on image editing, photo retouching, typography, layouts, and visual compositions
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand design requirements
• Maintain consistency in brand colors, fonts, layouts, and overall visual identity.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and creative techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (pursuing or recently completed).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Good understanding of graphic design fundamentals — composition, color theory, typography, spacing, and hierarchy
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools is a plus.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and follow brand guidelines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools, especially AI-powered design tools.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
