Graphic Designer Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer Intern to join our creative/marketing team on a full-time, on-site basis.

The ideal candidate is someone who is creative, eager to learn, has a strong interest in visual design, and enjoys turning ideas into engaging visual content. You will have the opportunity to work on real company projects and contribute to our branding, marketing, social media, and digital content.

This internship is suitable for a design student, recent graduate, or aspiring graphic designer looking to gain professional experience and build a strong portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for social media platforms.
• Design marketing materials, advertisements, flyers, brochures, posters, and banners.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the company's visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Create graphics for websites, digital campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Assist with photo editing, image retouching, resizing, and formatting.
• Develop creative concepts based on marketing briefs and company requirements.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements.
• Make revisions and adjustments based on feedback.
• Prepare final artwork in the appropriate formats for digital and print use.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's branding.
• Organize and maintain design files and project assets.
• Research current graphic design, social media, and visual communication trends.
• Assist with other creative projects and design-related tasks when required.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of graphic design principles.
• Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and layout.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop new ideas.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in an on-site office environment.
• Previous professional experience is not required; however, freelance, academic, or personal design projects are an advantage.

Portfolio Requirement

A portfolio is required for this position.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
