Midas Online is looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency. You’ll create designs for the agency and its clients, turning briefs into purposeful visual communication across digital and print.

This role suits someone with strong design fundamentals who can develop ideas, follow brand guidelines, and refine work through feedback.Your ResponsibilitiesDesign and Creative Development

• Design social media posts, carousels, ad creatives, banners, and other digital assets.
• Create layouts for presentations, company profiles, brochures, flyers, and marketing materials.
• Understand the audience, message, and intended use of each design before starting.
• Research visual references and prepare mood boards or initial creative directions.
• Develop designs with clear hierarchy, balanced spacing, and readable typography.
• Bring relevant ideas to briefs while keeping the communication objective in focus.

Brand Consistency

• Follow each client’s approved colors, fonts, imagery, and design language.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across different formats and materials.
• Adapt approved designs for new sizes and placements while preserving clarity and visual quality.
• Work with the content and social media teams to ensure copy and visuals communicate the same message.
• Support the development of reusable layouts and templates within approved brand systems.

Revisions and Delivery

• Present design work clearly and explain your visual choices.
• Apply feedback accurately and review revisions before resubmitting.
• Check designs for spelling, alignment, spacing, image quality, and brand consistency.
• Prepare digital and print files in the required dimensions, formats, and resolution.
• Maintain organized working files, linked assets, and clearly named versions.
• Manage assigned deadlines and flag missing assets or unclear requirements early.

What You’ll Bring

• A portfolio demonstrating your skills in layout, typography, and visual communication.
• Working proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• An understanding of color, composition, visual hierarchy, and design consistency.
• The ability to interpret briefs and work within different client brand guidelines.
• Attention to detail and a thoughtful approach to revisions.
• Clear communication, openness to feedback, and reliable time management.
• A qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Figma, InDesign, or Canva.
• Knowledge of print preparation, including bleed, margins, color modes, and resolution.
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
• Experience with branding, presentation design, or campaign creatives.

Clear, purposeful designs, consistent use of brand guidelines, accurate revisions, and well-prepared files. You’ll be expected to explain your design decisions and deliver work that supports each brief’s objective.
