Graphic Designer Internship

Market Culture is looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Design Intern to join our team. This is a 3-month practical internship where you will work on real client projects and gain hands-on experience in social media creatives, branding, marketing designs, and digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create social media posts, stories, banners, and promotional creatives.
• Design creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Develop designs based on brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
• Work on typography, layouts, color combinations, and visual composition.
• Assist in creating marketing and advertising creatives.
• Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various platforms.
• Take feedback and make required design revisions.
• Maintain organized design files and editable source files.
• Collaborate with the content, social media, and marketing teams.
• Stay updated with current design and social media trends.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles.
• Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Good understanding of typography, colors, spacing, and layouts.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and work on real projects.
• Ability to understand briefs and deliver designs within deadlines.
• A portfolio or sample work is preferred.
