What they need

Create high-converting video ad creatives and visual assets to support campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and edit video ads optimized for conversion (hook, pacing, CTAs)
Produce static and motion creatives for paid campaigns
Iterate quickly on creative based on ad performance feedback
Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs

Requirements:

Minimum hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing (portfolio/reel required)
Proven ability to produce video ads with a conversion focus, not just aesthetic content
Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator or Canva)
Understanding of social media ad formats/specs across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat
