Graphic Designer (Layout + Publications)

We're seeking a Graphic Designer to support the redesign of a large-scale operations training guide for a retail client. This project focuses on transforming text-heavy content into a polished, visually engaging publication while working within established brand guidelines.

What You'll Do

• Design and build a 300+ page training guide in Adobe InDesign
• Create visually compelling layouts using typography, imagery, and illustration
• Edit and manipulate images in Adobe Photoshop
• Maintain consistency across a large-scale print project
• Collaborate with stakeholders through weekly virtual meetings

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of graphic design experience
• Advanced Adobe InDesign and Photoshop skills
• Experience designing long-form materials such as guides, manuals, reports, catalogs, or workbooks
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Project Details

• Fully remote
• 10-20 hours/week to start, with additional hours available as the project progresses
• Target start: November
• Expected duration: Through January/February
