Graphic Designer / Manager

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a versatile and creative Team Lead/ Manager Graphics, Motion Design, and UI/UX Design to join our growing team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for producing visually engaging graphics and motion assets for digital campaigns, social media, in-app experiences, and marketing communications.
• You will also contribute to designing intuitive user interfaces and enhancing overall user experience.
• Additionally, you will lead and manage the creative team, ensuring high-quality output, fostering collaboration, and guiding projects from concept to execution.
• Your work will play a key role in building brand identity, improving user engagement, and creating memorable visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the creative team, ensuring high performance, collaboration, and timely delivery of projects.
• Conceptualize and create visually engaging graphics and motion design assets for digital campaigns, social media, in-app experiences, and marketing communications.
• Create engaging motion graphics and short animations for videos, explainer content, product demos, app interactions, and social media.
• Oversee UI/UX design processes, including wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping to deliver intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
• Maintain and evolve brand identity across all visual touchpoints, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to align creative outputs with business goals.
• Review and approve creative work, providing constructive feedback to ensure high standards are met.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and priorities are effectively handled.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphics, motion design, and UI/UX.
• Optimize designs based on user feedback, analytics, and performance metrics.
• Drive innovation and bring fresh ideas to enhance visual storytelling and user engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic, motion graphics, & UI/UX
• Strong portfolio showcasing both static and animated work across digital channels and apps
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), as well as XD, Figma, Canva, and creating AI-based graphics and videos
• Sound editing and audio syncing skills for videos Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and bring them to life with storytelling and motion
• Familiarity with social media trends, video formats, and design for mobile-first platforms
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with animation tools such as Lottie Files, Rive, Blender, or Spine is a strong plus
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or front-end animation integration
