Graphic Designer (new role)

Ready to take your graphic design skills into the real world?

We are looking for a new Graphic Designer to join our growing in-house marketing team and help bring campaigns, content and marketing collateral to life across a portfolio of businesses spanning property development, investment, finance and property services.

This is a great opportunity for a designer who enjoys creating, learning and getting stuck into a wide range of projects. You will work alongside an experienced marketing team and gain hands-on exposure to commercial design across digital, print, social media and property marketing.

No two days will look exactly the same, with plenty of opportunity to build your skills and see your work used across multiple brands.

What you will do

• Create marketing collateral across digital and print formats.
• Design social media content, digital ads, brochures, flyers and presentations.
• Adapt existing creative across different formats, campaigns and brands.
• Assist with campaign design and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple businesses.
• Prepare artwork for digital and print production.
• Resize and adapt creative for different channels and platforms.
• Work with the marketing team to deliver projects accurately and on time.

About you

You are an emerging designer with a strong eye for detail and a genuine passion for design.

You will ideally bring:

• A graphic design qualification or some commercial design experience.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• An understanding of design for digital and social media.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual presentation.
• Good organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A positive, practical attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience with Canva, video or motion graphics would be a bonus but is not essential.
