Position Summary

AI Square is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with around 1 year of professional experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience creating logos, brochures, social media creatives, presentations, marketing materials, and other visual content, preferably for the healthcare sector. The candidate should be comfortable working with Adobe Creative Cloud and other graphic design tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Create professional and visually appealing logos, brochures, flyers, posters, and marketing materials.
• Design healthcare-related promotional and informational content.
• Create social media graphics and digital marketing creatives.
• Develop presentations, company profiles, and other business materials.
• Maintain consistent branding across different designs and platforms.
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets.
• Work with the team to understand design requirements and convert ideas into effective visual content.
• Make revisions based on feedback and ensure designs are completed within deadlines.
• Prepare designs in appropriate formats for both digital and print use.
• Stay updated with current graphic design trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Around 1 year of professional experience in Graphic Design.
• Portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work.
• Experience creating logos, brochures, flyers, social media posts, and marketing materials.
• Healthcare-sector design experience will be a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, branding, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to understand design briefs and work independently.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Monday–Friday.
• Must be comfortable working on-site at our Tariq Road, Karachi office.

Required / Preferred Tools

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign

Experience with other design tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms is a plus.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience designing for the healthcare industry, including clinics, hospitals, medical practices, healthcare organizations, or related businesses, will be preferred.
