The Qualifications We Seek

• More than 3 years of professional graphic design experience

Mandatory Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom Classic
• Strong understanding of print specifications and production processes
• Excellent visual design, typography, and layout skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects with close attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and ability to interpret client requirements

Highly Desirable Skills

• Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience with Lightroom post-production, including raw photo processing and retouching
• Experience creating social media videos and short-form content
• Proficiency in Canva
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects
• Knowledge of web design assets and digital branding
• Ability to manage social media posting and scheduling tools

Your Daily Tasks

• Design and develop branding materials, print collateral, digital assets, and social media content
• Create website graphics, banners, and other digital assets for online platforms
• Prepare print-ready files according to production specifications and quality standards
• Produce short videos and social media content, including video editing and post-production
• Edit photos, process raw images, and perform retouching using Lightroom and Photoshop
• Assist with social media content scheduling and posting, when required
• Collaborate with the founder to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions
• Maintain and expand creative expertise through new software features, techniques, and related design tools
