Graphic Designer (Packaging) – FMCG

Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including POSM, posters, banners, standees, brochures, catalogs, leaflets, and other promotional assets.
• Create visual concepts for showroom displays, signage, seasonal decorations, and merchandising materials.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and R&D teams to develop innovative packaging designs and product labels.
• Ensure all creative outputs comply with the company's Brand Guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Produce basic photo editing, video editing, and multimedia content to support marketing campaigns.
• Organize and maintain the company's digital asset library, including design files and image resources.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign .
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Experience in packaging design and print production is highly preferred.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• A portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and marketing design projects is required.
