Graphic Designer - REMOTE

About our client: An international membership organization dedicated to promoting excellence in the governance, management, and quality of life of community associations.They provide industry-leading education, resources, best practices, and professional development opportunities while also supporting initiatives that promote high standards and effective policies within the community association industry.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to support the following activities:

• Design high-quality assets across digital and print channels, including publications/periodicals/layout, marketing collateral, presentations, infographics, email, newsletters, website content, executive reports, signage, and other collateral.
• Translate concepts into clear, visually compelling materials for diverse audiences.
• Present lengthy content in a reader-friendly, engaging formats.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing speed, accuracy, and creative excellence in a deadline driven environment.
• Partner with other members of creative team to set and carry out visual standards for the organization.
• Develop materials that will be customized by non-designers using broadly available tools such as Canva and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ensure all communications align with firm brand standards, tone, and visual identity while following the look and feel set by creative team to keep content modern and engaging.
• Prepare short form digital video assets to build library on video content platforms.
• Partner closely with senior leadership and executive communications teams to produce polished, presentation ready materials for executive-level and member meetings.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Graveyard Shift

• Daylight Saving: 8:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. PH Time
• Regular Schedule: 9:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. PH Time

*You will be expected to complete 20 hours of paid pretraining prior to your official start date. We offer:

Minimum requirements:

• MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).
• 3 to 4 years of professional graphic design experience with a broad range of work.
• Experience designing for print production and for digital platforms (intranets, email communications, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint and Canva.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and polish.
• Ability to think strategically and translate abstract or complex content into effective visual narratives.

Equipment requirements:

• A MAC COMPUTER IS A MUST FOR THIS POSITION
• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps
