Graphic Designer (Textile & Apparel)

About the role

Graphic Designer role focused on textile and apparel design. You will develop and arrange artwork, graphics, patterns, and placements according to garment specifications and requirements, and develop original graphics, textile patterns, and artwork for apparel and accessories based on creative direction, brand identity, and collection concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and arrange artwork, graphics, patterns, and placements according to garment specifications and requirements
• Adapt, refine, and improve designs based on feedback, ensuring they meet both creative and product requirements
• Develop original graphics, textile patterns, and artwork for apparel and accessories based on creative direction, brand identity, and collection concepts
• Collaborate with pattern makers and production teams to develop and refine prototypes through to final production
• Review artwork and production files to ensure accuracy and resolve design-related issues before production

About you

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field
• Experience in Graphic Design, Textile Design, Fashion, or Apparel is a plus
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Good understanding of pattern placement, color, composition, and artwork for apparel
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to develop designs based on feedback
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with Design, Pattern, and Production teams
• Portfolio showcasing Graphic, Textile, Pattern, or Apparel Design work is required
