Graphic Designer + Video Editor + AI Creative

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer + Video Editor who can manage Creative work for Social Media, Advertising and company media, covering both still images and video. This position is suitable for someone with a strong design foundation, video editing capabilities, and interest in incorporating Generative AI / AI Creative Tools as part of the workflow to help create images, footage, scenes or creative assets to enable faster and more diverse output. You do not need to be an AI Specialist but must be able to learn and apply AI Tools to creative work effectively.

Key responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design artwork for Social Media
• Design creative for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Online Ads
• Design banners, promotions and campaigns
• Design content graphics / infographics
• Design website banners and digital assets
• Adapt artwork into multiple sizes for each platform
• Maintain visual consistency with Brand Guidelines
• Collaborate with Content and Marketing teams to develop creative that meets objectives

Video Editing

• Edit short-form video for TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Edit video advertising
• Edit product / service video
• Create subtitles, text animation and basic motion graphics
• Add sound effects and background music
• Create transitions and basic color correction
• Adjust format / aspect ratio for each platform
• Assemble footage, stock video and AI generated footage into usable video

AI Creative

• Apply Generative AI to produce creative including AI image generation, AI video generation, text-to-image, text-to-video, image-to-video, AI generated footage, AI backgrounds / scenes, AI product visuals, AI characters / presenters, generative fill, image enhancement / upscale, and AI voice / sound as appropriate to the work
• Use or be ready to learn tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Sora, Veo, Kling, Runway or other AI Creative Tools

About you

• Experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia or Video Editing
• Strong design foundation
• Understanding of layout, typography, composition and branding
• Ability to design Social Media and Advertising creative
• Ability to edit short-form video independently
• Ability to select visuals, footage, music and sound appropriate to content
• Ability to use AI Tools to create images / video / creative assets
• Ability to revise work based on feedback
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadline
• Attention to detail and quality assurance before submission
• Open to new technology and creative tools
• Ability to collaborate with Content, Marketing and other teams
