Role- Graphic designer(UK Shift)

Day light saving - 1.30 pm – 10.30 pm

No day light saving - 2.30 pm – 11.30 pm

Location- Solitaire Corporate Park, Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400093

Duties and responsibilities

1. Working with all the areas of digital design including website banners, social media post, email template, Instagram reels and Youtube videos etc. with ensuring Brand manual is followed.
2. Manage the creation of a variety of non-digital and digital design as needed

• Catalogue designing.
• Product mock-ups.
• Cartons and labels correction (US / UK)
• Monthly Flyer Product labels for website
• Use AI-assisted creative tools to support ideation, image generation, retouching, background removal, creative variations and workflow efficiency.

1. May function as the point of contact for external contractors such as photographers to ensure the proper execution of the creative concept, as briefed by the Marketing Head.
2. Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends

Job Specification

1. Diploma/bachelor’s degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia or a related field., with 3 – 5 years of strong Industry Experience.
2. A portfolio showcasing creative work related to graphic design is necessary.
3. Proficient experience in graphic designing and the ability to visualize and create new ideas.
4. Hands-on experience with design tools such as Adobe suite including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, or other web applications or software. Experience in HTML and CSS and Canva required.
5. Hands-on exposure to modern AI-assisted design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT and other AI image/content-generation or enhancement tools.
6. Strong attention to detail, creativity, visual judgement and problem-solving ability.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment.
8. Strong portfolio demonstrates digital, social media, e-commerce, branding, packaging and/or marketing design work.
