About the role

We're building an AI-powered job search platform — Auto Apply, AI Interview Coach, Resume Builder, Profile Optimiser, Job Tracker and AI Outreach Agent, all live at app.nexthireconsulting.com .

We need someone who can turn a working product into a demo video people actually watch to the end. This is a single-owner role : you take a feature from "here's the product, go use it" to a finished, publish-ready video — script, screen capture, voiceover, motion graphics, music, subtitles, export. Nobody hands you a storyboard. You build it.

What you'll own

• Script & structure — write the narrative for each demo: the problem, the 3 clicks that solve it, the payoff. Tight, no fluff, no "welcome to our channel."
• Screen capture & product walkthroughs — record clean flows in the app, including setting up realistic dummy data so the demo doesn't look empty.
• Voiceover — record and edit your own VO (or produce clean AI VO where it fits the format). Audio quality is non-negotiable: no room echo, no clipping.
• Motion graphics & editing — zooms, cursor highlights, callouts, kinetic text, transitions, lower thirds, animated intro/outro consistent with our brand.
• Formats — one master demo (90–180 sec) per product, plus cut-downs: 30-sec feature clips, 15-sec Reels/Shorts verticals, silent auto-play versions for the website with burned-in captions.
• Thumbnails & end cards — static assets that go with each video.
• Ship on a schedule — target 2–4 finished videos a month, revised until they're actually good.

You should have

• A showreel or portfolio — this matters more than your degree. Even 3 solid videos is enough.
• Working command of an editing suite: Premiere Pro / After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut. CapCut alone won't cut it for the motion graphics work.
• Screen recording chops (OBS, ScreenStudio, Camtasia, or similar).
• Basic audio editing — noise removal, levelling, ducking under music.
• Decent written English and a clear speaking voice (neutral Indian accent is perfectly fine — clarity and pacing are what we care about).
• Enough curiosity to learn a product on your own and figure out what's worth showing.

Bonus points

• You've made SaaS/product demos before (not just wedding edits or vlogs).
• Familiarity with AI video/audio tools — ElevenLabs, Descript, Runway, Higgsfield, HeyGen.
• Basic design sense in Figma or Canva for thumbnails and static frames.
• Understanding of what makes a hiring/careers audience click — you've job-hunted yourself, so you know the pain.
