About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Visualizer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for real estate projects, property marketing campaigns, digital platforms, social media, and corporate communication.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of real estate branding, visual communication, typography, layouts, and digital marketing creatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing creatives for real estate projects and property campaigns.
• Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, banners, brochures, flyers, and digital advertisements.
• Develop creatives for property launches, project promotions, offers, events, and campaigns.
• Create presentations, project profiles, marketing collaterals, and sales support material.
• Work on property images, layouts, floor plans, maps, and project visuals as required.
• Maintain consistency with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Management teams to understand creative requirements.
• Convert concepts and briefs into high-quality visual designs within deadlines.
• Retouch and enhance property photographs and marketing images.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
• Stay updated with current design trends, real estate marketing trends, and social media formats.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of InDesign, Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in creating social media and digital marketing creatives.
• Basic understanding of video/reel editing will be an advantage.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and execute designs independently.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Good time-management and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Relevant industry experience and a strong portfolio will be considered.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Property Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or Creative Agencies will be preferred.
