Graphics & Motion/Video Graphics Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphics & Motion/Video Graphics Designer who can turn ideas into high-quality visual content that grabs attention and strengthens brands. You’ll create everything from social media graphics and digital ads to motion graphics, animated content, and branded videos.

What You’ll Do

• Design engaging graphics for social media, digital ads, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Create motion graphics including kinetic typography, animated logos, transitions, and lower thirds
• Edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and branded content
• Develop creative concepts based on campaign objectives and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce performance-focused content
• Maintain visual consistency across multiple brands and platforms
• Apply color correction, basic color grading, audio editing, and visual effects when needed
• Stay updated with current design, motion graphics, and social media trends
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or video editing
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
• A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic, motion, and video work
• Understanding of social media content formats and short-form video trends
• Strong sense of typography, composition, color, branding, and visual storytelling
• Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a creative team
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency or digital marketing experience
• Experience creating Meta, TikTok, and YouTube advertisements
• Knowledge of current social media design and video trends
• Experience with AI-powered creative and design tools
• Basic understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused creative

Compensation

• Salary is negotiable and will be determined based on experience, expertise, and portfolio.
