Graphics & UI/UX Designer

Skills Required

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, layout, color theory, and brand consistency.
• Ability to create engaging marketing materials, social media graphics, banners, and print collateral.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

Qualification & Experience Required

• 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX and/or Graphic Design
• Any bachelor's degree or in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Conduct user research to identify user behaviors, pain points, and goals.
• Design clear, engaging graphics and layouts for various marketing and branding needs including digital ads, social media posts, print materials, and presentation decks.
• Maintain consistency in visual branding across all user interfaces and marketing materials.
• Stay current with UI/UX trends, visual design techniques, and best practices in both fields.

• Only On-Site Job (No Remote/Work From Home)

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday Off)
