Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging multimedia content and static visuals for several initiatives
• Create daily, weekly, and seasonal digital creative content for our Television
• Design TV show fillers and notable event fillers
• Design promotional materials and styling elements for new shows and flagship events and other Television programmes
• Edit and produce high-quality video clips for features, recaps, interviews, and programmes
• Create visually compelling content with smooth transitions, effective storytelling, and consistent branding
• Collaborate with content writers and digital teams to deliver visually consistent messages
• Ensure all visual materials adhere to brand guidelines and design aesthetics
• Participate in creative planning meetings and recommend design improvements
• Support events, reports, internal communications, and other cross-functional graphics requirements
• Create visually appealing wall designs, backdrops, exhibition materials, and event branding
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and creative tools

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design or similar creative roles
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Proficiency in Blender and Element 3D is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of typography, colour theory, and visual composition
• Strong video editing and motion graphics skills
• Training or certification in visual communication or motion graphics is an added advantage
• Excellent visual design, creativity, and storytelling skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptability to emerging design trends and digital tools
