About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer & Video Editor – Fresher/Intern who is interested in video creation, visual documentation, and creating easy-to-understand instructional content.

The candidate will work closely with the team to create feature/functionality-based videos, visual guides, and user manuals that clearly explain how to use software applications and their various functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create feature-wise and functionality-wise instructional videos for software applications.
• Record and edit step-by-step software demonstration videos explaining how different features and workflows work.
• Understand software functionalities and convert them into simple, clear, and user-friendly visual content.
• Prepare screen recordings and edit them with appropriate text, highlights, callouts, transitions, voiceovers, background music, and other required elements.
• Create short tutorial videos and detailed walkthrough videos based on the functionality and complexity of the feature.
• Prepare and maintain user manuals/documentation with screenshots and step-by-step instructions.
• Capture and edit relevant screenshots, images, icons, diagrams, and visual elements required for user manuals and product documentation.
• Organize documentation systematically based on modules, features, and user workflows.
• Ensure that videos and user manuals are accurate, easy to understand, and consistent in presentation.
• Coordinate with the development/project team to understand functionality and clarify any doubts before preparing videos or documentation.
• Review completed videos and manuals to ensure that all steps, screens, and instructions are correctly represented.
• Make required changes and revisions based on feedback from the team.
• Maintain proper naming, versioning, and organization of video files, screenshots, and documentation.
• Explore and use suitable design, video-editing, screen-recording, and AI-based tools to improve the quality and efficiency of documentation.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Graphic Designing and Video Editing.
• Familiarity with any of the following tools will be an advantage:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Figma
• Canva
• CapCut or similar video-editing tools
• Good understanding of basic color combinations, typography, layouts, and visual composition.
• Creative mindset and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility

• Freshers and students/recent graduates from Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related fields can apply.
• Candidates with a strong interest in video creation, software documentation, graphic designing, and video editing are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates should have a basic understanding of screen recording, video editing, and creating visual content.
• Portfolio / sample work is preferred, even if it consists of academic, personal, or practice projects.
