We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who understands the visual language of the beauty and skincare industry and can create premium, aesthetically appealing designs for digital and marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creative assets for beauty, skincare, and personal care brands.
• Create graphics for Instagram posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, ads, banners, and campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts based on brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and current beauty trends.
• Design product-focused creatives that highlight product benefits, ingredients, features, and USPs.
• Create visually appealing designs for social media, websites, e-commerce platforms, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Work closely with the Social Media, Marketing, and Content teams to develop campaign creatives.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colour palettes, imagery, and overall visual communication.
• Create creatives for product launches, festive campaigns, promotional offers, influencer collaborations, and brand campaigns.
• Retouch and enhance product images when required.
• Stay updated with beauty, skincare, fashion, and social media design trends.
• Convert creative briefs into strong visual concepts within deadlines.
• Take ownership of multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other design tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Good understanding of social media design and digital advertising creatives.
• Ability to create premium and modern visuals suitable for beauty and skincare brands.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
• Good understanding of current Instagram and digital content trends.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3–4 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Experience working with beauty, skincare, cosmetics, personal care, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands will be preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding, product designs, campaigns, and digital advertisements.
• Someone who understands how design can communicate a brand's premium, modern, and aspirational identity.
