Duties

• Develop captivating visual designs for digital platforms, print materials, branding projects, and marketing campaigns using industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Create and refine logos, icons, typography layouts, and visual assets that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Produce motion graphics and video content utilizing Adobe After Effects and other animation tools to enhance multimedia presentations.
• Design user interfaces (UI) and web layouts with a focus on usability and aesthetic appeal, leveraging tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, and HTML/CSS for web design projects.
• Prepare detailed design files optimized for print production or digital deployment, ensuring color management, prepress standards, and production specifications are met.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative concepts for advertising campaigns across various media channels including print advertising and sign manufacturing.
• Conduct photo editing, photo manipulation, and digital art creation using Photoshop or CorelDRAW to produce high-quality visuals for diverse applications.
• Manage content within content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress to update website visuals regularly.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining high standards of layout design, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.

Experience

• Proven professional experience in graphic design or visual communication roles demonstrating a strong portfolio of digital art, print design, branding projects, and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Sketch, Figma, Adobe After Effects, and other relevant tools.
• Technical skills in HTML/CSS for web design integration; familiarity with JavaScript is a plus.
• Solid understanding of color management systems and prepress processes for print production.
• Knowledge of typography design for media along with expertise in layout design and typesetting for various formats.
• Experience creating marketing designs that effectively communicate brand messages across multiple channels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly to stakeholders.
