Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Graphics Designer at Growth Hive. The Graphics Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and website elements. Day-to-day work includes developing logos and brand identities, refining typography and layout, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across all materials. The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams, translating creative briefs into compelling designs, and iterating based on feedback and performance data. The Graphics Designer will also prepare production-ready files, manage design assets, and stay current with design trends and tools to support ongoing brand growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual assets for digital and print media.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities.
• Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles to produce clear, engaging, and accessible designs.
• Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar software).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work; experience in marketing or digital-first brands is beneficial.
• Formal education in graphic design or a related field is a plus, but equivalent practical experience is valued.
