Graphics Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual content across various digital and print media to elevate our brand identity and engage target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Concept & Design: Create eye-catching visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, email templates, and print collateral (brochures, flyers, banners, packaging).
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all design output aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining consistent typography, color palettes, tone, and overall aesthetic across all platforms.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product, and content teams to transform project briefs into compelling visual narratives.
• Media Production: Prepare print-ready artwork files and optimize digital graphics for web, mobile, and social media platforms.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, photos, and media files for efficient team access.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, design software, visual culture, and emerging technologies to keep content fresh and innovative.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and prototyping tools like Figma or Canva.
• Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, layout design, grid systems, typography, and color theory.
• Strong photo editing, retouching, and vector manipulation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and openness to creative feedback and revision cycles.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
