Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, knowledge of current design trends, and the ability to create engaging visual content for digital and marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Create visually appealing banners, posters, brochures, presentations, creatives, and promotional materials.
• Develop designs according to brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, and other teams to understand design requirements.
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, and visual style.
• Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends and creative tools.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Canva, Figma, or other design tools is an advantage.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating social media and digital marketing creatives.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into effective visual designs.
• Good communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Experience working with digital marketing/EdTech/advertising is a plus.
• A strong portfolio of previous design work is required.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
