Splay is a creative design and video production studio helping technology companies, startups, and modern brands communicate complex ideas through video, design, animation, and digital experiences.

We work with ambitious companies and startups to create product videos, marketing content, social media creatives, presentations, websites, and other visual communication.

We’re looking for a Graphics Designer who has a strong visual sense and enjoys turning ideas into clean, modern, and engaging designs.

What You’ll Do

• Create graphics and visual assets for videos, social media, websites, presentations, ads, and marketing campaigns
• Design modern layouts, compositions, illustrations, icons, typography, and other visual elements
• Work closely with our video editors, motion designers, and creative team to develop visuals for video projects
• Convert scripts, concepts, and storyboards into compelling visual designs
• Create graphics that are consistent with a brand's visual identity
• Adapt designs across different formats and platforms
• Work with Figma, and other relevant design tools
• Participate in creative discussions and contribute ideas to improve the visual direction of projects
• Take feedback and iterate quickly while maintaining design quality
• Keep up with current design, typography, illustration, and visual-content trends

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of design fundamentals — composition, typography, spacing, hierarchy, color, and visual balance
• Good eye for modern and minimal visual design
• Ability to create designs that are both creative and purposeful
• Comfortable working from a brief while also bringing your own ideas
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A portfolio that demonstrates your design skills

Good to Have

• Experience designing for technology, SaaS, AI, startups, or digital products
• Understanding of UI/UX and Figma
• Illustration skills
• Experience creating graphics specifically for video content
• Basic understanding of branding and visual identity

Tools

You may work with:

• Figma
• Other AI and creative tools

You don't need to be an expert in every tool. Strong design thinking and visual skills matter more than the software you use.
