Graphic Designer – Real Estate

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our real estate marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating attractive and professional visual content for property projects, social media, digital campaigns, print materials, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative posts, banners, brochures, flyers, and advertisements for real estate projects.
• Create engaging designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Design property/project creatives highlighting features, amenities, offers, locations, and USPs.
• Create marketing materials such as hoardings, standees, pamphlets, visiting cards, presentations, and brochures.
• Develop creatives for digital advertising campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand design requirements.
• Maintain consistency in company branding, fonts, colours, and visual identity.
• Create festival, promotional, corporate, and campaign creatives.
• Edit and enhance property photographs when required.
• Stay updated with the latest design and social media trends.
• Manage multiple design projects and complete work within deadlines.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Canva, Figma, or other design tools will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
• Knowledge of social media design formats and digital advertising creatives.
• Basic knowledge of photo editing and image manipulation.
• Good attention to detail.

Experience & Qualification

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Real estate industry experience: Preferred.
• Qualification: Any graduate / diploma / certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Candidates should have a strong portfolio of previous design work.
