Graphics Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing and design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts, engaging branding materials, digital assets, and print media that communicate our brand’s story effectively. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas and concepts into visually compelling designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Content Creation: Design high-quality graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, emailers, advertisements, and promotional collateral.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines, maintaining tone, color palettes, and typography across all channels.
• Print & Digital Design: Prepare print-ready files (brochures, flyers, packaging, banners) and digital-first assets (UI graphics, web banners, presentation decks).
• Collaboration: Work alongside copywriters, marketing managers, and content creators to turn strategic briefs into creative visual concepts.
• Design Revisions: Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders or clients.
• Asset Management: Organize, maintain, and archive design files and media libraries for future team reference.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and best practices to keep branding fresh and relevant.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Canva is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles, video editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects), or motion graphics is preferred.
• Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present creative rationale.
• Capability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
