Graphics Designer

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Design & Creative Intern to support the Pathfinder marketing and digital team. The intern will work on social media creatives, website graphics, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing materials while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Create engaging graphics and creative assets for social media platforms.

· Support social media posting across relevant company social channels.

· Schedule and publish approved social media posts based on the content calendar.

· Ensure social posts use the correct creative, caption, hashtags, links, and campaign information.

· Coordinate with the digital marketing team on upcoming social media campaigns and creative requirements.

· Design banners, advertisements, website graphics, and other marketing creatives.

· Create and adapt campaign-specific designs for different digital platforms and dimensions.

· Monitor basic social media engagement and help maintain the social content calendar.

· Explore current design and social media trends and suggest creative ideas.

Skills Required

· Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.

· Good understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.

· Basic understanding of social media platforms and content formats.

· Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.

· Basic written communication skills for social media content.

· Ability to learn quickly, manage assigned tasks, and work collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

· Any graduate or final-year student interested in graphic design, social media, and digital media.

· Portfolio, college projects, freelance work, or personal design projects are preferred.

· Basic experience managing or posting content on social media is an advantage.

· Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
