• Good knowledge about creative and professional color content scheme/design for websites

• Ability to develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

• Ability to translate business requirements into designs

• Must give importance to deadlines

• Ability to envision and implement content with a right balance of text visuals

• Ability to design eye-catching marketing/ promotional banners

• Must know following software - Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, other design tools, etc.

What we Expect from you

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
