Graphics Designer

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Graphic Designer with 0–6 months of experience who is passionate about visual storytelling, branding, and digital design.

The ideal candidate should have a good eye for aesthetics, an understanding of colour combinations and typography, and the ability to convert creative ideas into visually appealing designs. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to develop their design skills while working on real-world marketing and branding projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media creatives, Instagram posts, stories, banners, and promotional graphics.
• Design product-focused creatives, advertisements, and marketing collaterals in line with brand guidelines.
• Assist in creating product catalogues, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Develop creative concepts for new product launches, festive campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
• Edit and enhance product images using appropriate design tools.
• Work on layouts, typography, colour palettes, image selection, and visual composition.
• Make revisions to designs based on feedback from the reporting manager or marketing team.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity, logo placement, product details, and overall design quality.
• Organise design files and maintain proper naming conventions for creative assets.
• Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and creative inspiration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• Diploma, degree, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Freshers with a strong portfolio and practical design skills are welcome.

Technical Skills

• Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
• Understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Basic image editing, background removal, and resizing skills.
• Familiarity with social media creative dimensions and digital advertising formats.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is an added advantage.

• Understands the difference between a visually attractive design and a design that communicates a marketing message.
• Is willing to learn product photography editing, brand communication, and commercial design practices.
• Can work consistently on multiple creative assignments under guidance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
