Graphics designer

About the Role

Telairvision is seeking a qualified and motivated Graphics Designer to join its team. Reporting to the Creative Lead, the successful candidate will create the visual assets that make the business impossible to ignore, combining strong graphic design with motion capability to produce fast-moving digital entertainment content.

The preferred candidate will drive the production of the business’ core creative assets from Hero Posters and Living Posters to challenge cards, countdown graphics and campaign artwork, while maintaining the business’ visual identity across every platform.

Key activities will include:

• Design Hero Posters for Arena challenges.

• Produce Living Posters and motion adaptations.

• Design challenge cards, thumbnails and platform graphics.

• Produce countdown, voting, leaderboard, finalist and winner graphics.

• Develop social-media adaptations across multiple formats.

• Create promotional graphics for Arena franchises and partnership / branded-challenge assets.

• Develop reusable design systems and templates.

• Support presentation, pitch and corporate design requirements where necessary.

• Maintain the business’ visual consistency.

• Prepare assets for mobile, desktop, social, digital advertising and physical applications.

• Collaborate closely with the Videographer / Motion Creative.

• Maintain an organized design asset library.

• Experiment responsibly with AI-assisted creative production to improve speed and capability.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–5 years' professional design experience.

• Exceptional portfolio required.

• Strong Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator capability.

• Strong typography, composition and visual hierarchy.

• Motion-design capability strongly preferred.

• Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Canva or CorelDRAW is advantageous.

• Experience creating entertainment, music, sports, gaming, youth or social-media content is highly desirable.
