Graphics Designer

Experience- 2-3 years

Location- Pune, Kharadi

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities

● Design creative assets for digital platforms including social media, websites, emailers,

performance ads, and landing pages

● Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, banners, posters, and

infographics

● Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs

● Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams to deliver high-quality

creatives within timelines

● Interpret briefs and convert concepts into impactful visual designs

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

● Adapt designs based on feedback and performance insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 2–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer

● Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After

Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus)

● Proficiency in Software Tool such as CorelDRAW is must

● Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy

● Experience in digital-first creatives and social media design

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

● Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

● Exposure to performance marketing creatives (Google, Meta, display ads)

● Basic understanding of motion graphics or video editing

● Experience working with brand guidelines and marketing teams

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
