Graphics Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphics Designer with at least 2-3 years of professional experience to create compelling visuals that align with our clients' branding goals. You will work closely with our creative team to develop high-quality designs across various media.

Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm and conceptualize original design ideas based on project briefs.
• Translate abstract concepts into visual representations that align with brand identity.
• Create graphics for digital and print media including logos, brochures, websites, ads, packaging, and social media.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite & CorelDraw, Figma, Canva etc. to produce high-quality, expressive visuals.
• Ensure consistency in style, color, and typography across all materials.
• Collaborate with clients, marketing team, and other stakeholders to understand project goals.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Receive and implement feedback constructively to improve design outcomes
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years proven work experience as a Graphics Designer in an agency or similar fast-paced environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools- Figma, Canva, CorelDraw
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication skills to present and explain design concepts clearly
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is an added advantage
