Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to develop visually appealing marketing materials that promote our real estate properties, services, and brand.

Job Description

• Design professional property flyers, brochures, banners, posters, and other promotional materials for property sales and rentals.
• Create engaging graphics for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Develop visual content for property listings, land sales, real estate investments, and promotional campaigns.
• Design marketing materials for property launches, open-house events, exhibitions, and corporate presentations.
• Edit property photographs and prepare images for digital marketing and online listings.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing and sales teams to develop creative concepts that support lead generation and property sales.
• Ensure all designs align with the company's brand identity, visual standards, and marketing objectives.
• Create infographics, presentation slides, company profiles, and other real estate marketing documents.
• Develop creative layouts that clearly communicate property features, prices, locations, and other relevant information.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from management and other team members.
• Prepare final designs in appropriate formats for print and digital publication.
• Stay updated on graphic design trends, digital marketing visuals, and real estate advertising practices.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet agreed deadlines.
• Maintain an organized library of design files, templates, photographs, and other creative assets.
• Ensure accuracy in all text, images, contact details, and property information used in marketing materials.

Requirements/Skills

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field; relevant experience and a strong portfolio may be considered.
• Proven years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, advertising, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or Canva.
• Knowledge of typography, colour theory, layout design, image editing, and visual branding.
• Ability to create professional social media graphics, property flyers, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Basic video editing and motion graphics skills are an advantage.
• Knowledge of real estate advertising and digital marketing requirements is an advantage.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to interpret design briefs and translate marketing ideas into effective visuals.
• Good communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with marketing and sales teams.
• Must be able to provide a portfolio of previous design work.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver quality work within deadlines.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
