Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual design, creativity, typography, colour combinations, and layout, along with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative graphics for social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels.

• Create promotional creatives, advertisements, banners, posters, brochures, and marketing materials.

• Design attractive Instagram Reel covers, thumbnails, and campaign creatives.

• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts.

• Edit and improve existing designs based on feedback.

• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.

• Stay updated with current graphic design trends and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent professional design tools.

• Knowledge of Canva and other digital design tools.

• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

• Ability to create original, high-quality designs for digital marketing.

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• A portfolio demonstrating previous design work is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience designing social media creatives and marketing campaigns.

• Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an advantage.

• Freshers with excellent design skills and a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
