Job Description

As a Graphics Designer Intern, you will work closely with our marketing, content, and technology teams to create visually compelling designs that communicate ideas effectively and maintain a consistent brand identity.

You will be involved in creating digital graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, promotional materials, and other company communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and professional graphics for social media platforms.
• Design promotional materials for marketing campaigns, products, services, and events.
• Develop graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of Propifix's visual brand identity.
• Create flyers, banners, posters, social media posts, presentations, and digital marketing assets.
• Work with the content and marketing teams to transform ideas and concepts into compelling visual designs.
• Ensure all designs follow the company's brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Resize and adapt designs for different platforms and content formats.
• Assist with creating graphics for website content, blog posts, email campaigns, and other digital materials.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content.
• Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining design quality and consistency.
• Organize and maintain design files and assets.
• Stay updated on current graphic design, branding, social media, and digital content trends.
• Support other creative and visual communication projects as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of graphic design principles.
• Experience using at least one design tool such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or CorelDRAW.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create visually appealing and professional designs.
• Good attention to detail.
• Creativity and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
• Ability to understand and follow brand guidelines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to receive feedback and make design improvements.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Good time-management and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with any of the following will have an advantage:

• A portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work.
• Experience designing social media content.
• Experience with branding and visual identity design.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing.
• Experience creating graphics for technology, real estate, startups, or other digital businesses.
• Experience creating short-form visual content or basic motion graphics.
• Familiarity with social media design specifications and content formats.
