Role Description This is a volunteer Graphics Designer role based in Karāchi, offered in a hybrid arrangement that combines on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Graphics Designer will create visual assets such as social media graphics, marketing materials, and presentation designs that align with Growth Hive’s brand and project goals. Day-to-day tasks may include designing logos and brand elements, selecting typography, refining layouts, and preparing files for digital or print use. The role will involve working closely with team members to interpret briefs, iterate on design concepts based on feedback, and ensure visual consistency across all materials. This position is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience, portfolio development, and collaborative creative work without financial compensation.

Qualifications

• Ability to create and refine visual assets using core Graphics and Graphic Design skills.
• Experience or interest in Logo Design and Branding to support the development of cohesive visual identities.
• Understanding of Typography and layout principles to produce clear, engaging, and readable designs.
• Proficiency with common design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar software).
• Strong attention to detail, ability to take constructive feedback, and commitment to meeting agreed timelines.
• Effective communication skills and willingness to collaborate in a hybrid environment based in Karāchi.
• Previous design coursework, personal projects, or a portfolio showcasing relevant work is highly beneficial.
