RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and design materials for digital and print platforms, including social media content, marketing materials, presentations, newsletters, and corporate communications.
• Develop creative concepts and designs that align with the company’s brand identity, marketing objectives, and communication strategies.
• Design promotional materials such as flyers, banners, brochures, social media creatives, event materials, and business presentations.
• Produce, edit, and optimize high-quality video content for social media platforms, webinars, corporate events, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Business Development, and People Service teams to develop engaging visual content that supports business objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end video production process, including scripting support, storyboarding, filming coordination, editing, motion graphics, sound editing, and final delivery.
• Stay updated on current design trends, digital content trends, and emerging creative tools to enhance the company’s visual communication strategies.
• Maintain consistency in brand guidelines across all creative assets and ensure all designs meet quality standards.
• Support the creation of engaging content for company campaigns, events, webinars, and online platforms.
• Organize and maintain a digital library of design assets, templates, videos, and creative resources.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions within agreed timelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, digital content creation, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, CorelDRAW, or similar design software.
• Strong video editing skills with experience using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or other video editing platforms.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design expertise, and video production capabilities.
• Good understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, layout principles, and digital content creation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
