Experienced Graphics Installer / Installation Lead

Enhance a Color is seeking an experienced, dependable Graphics Installer/ Installation Lead to join our team. If you have hands-on installation experience, leadership skills, and enjoy working on exciting projects in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Lead installations and strikes: Supervise installation crews and ensure projects are completed professionally, safely, and on schedule.
• Drive company vehicles: Safely operate a Sprinter van from Danbury, CT, to job sites throughout New York City. Box truck driving experience is a major plus.
• Prepare for jobs: Load and organize vehicles with the tools, supplies, graphics, and equipment needed for each installation.
• Coordinate projects: Review installation plans and requirements with Account Representatives and Project Managers before heading to the job site.
• Work with clients: Communicate directly with clients on-site when needed to ensure a smooth installation process.
• Install a variety of graphics and materials: Work with adhesive vinyl graphics, rigid substrates, floor graphics and flooring, and SEG fabric frames.
• Manage strikes: Oversee the removal of graphics, displays, and installations while keeping materials organized and protecting the venue.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience installing commercial graphics, signage, and displays.
• Experience with adhesive vinyl, rigid materials, flooring, and SEG fabric frames.
• Leadership skills and the ability to supervise other installers.
• A clean driving record and the ability to drive a Sprinter van confidently. Box truck experience is a strong plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A reliable, hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends, as project schedules often require.
