We are looking for a GraphTalk Developer to join our Insurance Product team, with a focus on Financial Flows. He/she will bring a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and a product-oriented mindset, translating client and business needs into secure, scalable, maintainable, and reusable solutions that can deliver value across multiple clients.

Daily challenges

• Analyze system and business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy secure, maintainable, and efficient software solutions.
• Build solutions with a product-oriented approach, identifying opportunities for standardization and reuse across clients.
• Enhance, upgrade, and optimize existing software to improve quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Analyze user activity and system performance data to identify insights and improvement opportunities that support business decision-making.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical and user documentation to support knowledge sharing and transparency.
• Manage individual priorities, deadlines, and deliverables effectively.
• Share technical expertise and provide guidance to team members, contributing to a collaborative learning environment.

eXperience and skills required

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in the IT services industry.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with GraphTalk.
• Experience in the insurance domain, preferably with exposure to financial flows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
