NOW HIRING: SECURITY PATROL DRIVER

Professional and Experienced Unarmed Security Officer Needed

Immediate opening available for a reliable, professional, and experienced Security Patrol Driver to conduct vehicle patrols, monitor client properties, enforce parking regulations, and maintain a safe and secure environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct routine vehicle patrols throughout assigned client properties to monitor security, safety, and suspicious activity.
• Perform security checks of buildings, parking areas, roadways, and other designated areas of the property.
• Conduct walking patrols in designated areas as needed.
• Monitor and enforce parking permit regulations, identify unauthorized vehicles, and document parking violations in accordance with site procedures.
• Record patrol activities, observations, and security checks in a Daily Activity Report (DAR) using a mobile device.
• Prepare detailed and accurate Incident Reports for security-related incidents, suspicious activity, parking violations, and other concerns as required.
• Remain alert and vigilant throughout the entire shift.
• Provide professional customer service and communicate courteously with residents, visitors, tenants, and property management.
• Operate a company or assigned patrol vehicle safely and responsibly while following all traffic laws and site procedures.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

GRAVE SHIFT ONLY — OVERNIGHT (10pm to 6am)

Monday Through Friday (weekends as needed)

Berkeley Area

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a clean driving record and a valid California driver's license.
• Must be comfortable operating a vehicle for extended periods while conducting routine property patrols.
• Must be willing and able to perform walking patrols when required.
• Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people.
• Must possess good moral character, integrity, and sound judgment.
• Must maintain good personal hygiene and present a professional appearance while in uniform.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to accurately document patrol activities, parking violations, and incidents.
• Must be comfortable using a mobile device to complete reports.
• Must be willing to submit to criminal background checks and drug screening.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the assigned worksite.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and available to start ASAP.

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.

LICENSE & DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid California ID or driver's license; must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Social Security card.
• Valid California Guard Card.
