Job Description – GRC Analyst

Location: Info Park, Kochi, India

Department: Information Security / GRC

Job Summary

Support the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program by assisting with compliance activities, audits, policy management, risk tracking, and customer security assurance. This role provides hands-on support with frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Support ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR compliance activities.

Collect and maintain audit evidence and documentation.

Assist with internal and external audits.

Maintain security policies, procedures, and compliance records.

Track risks, remediation actions, and compliance tasks.

Support vendor security assessments and customer security questionnaires.

Prepare compliance reports and dashboards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in cybersecurity, audit and compliance.

Basic understanding of information security and risk management.

Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Preferred Certifications

ISO/IEC 27001 Foundation

ITIL Foundation (optional)

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, GDPR etc.

Exposure to GRC tools such as Sprinto or Vanta
