  • Support regulatory exams, audits, and internal reviews, while contributing to strategic initiatives that advance TPM program maturity and scalability.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology, Risk Management, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience configuring and administering the RSA Archer platform in a complex enterprise environment.

  • RSA Archer Certified Administrator and/or RSA Archer Certified Specialist certification.

  • Demonstrated experience leading the architecture, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of multiple Archer applications and solutions.

  • Experience serving as the technical lead or platform owner for an enterprise-wide GRC solution supporting multiple business functions.

  • Experience designing enterprise workflow automation, questionnaires, security models, data models, dashboards, reporting, and system integrations.

  • Experience leading complex cross-functional technology initiatives from business requirements through implementation and production support.

  • Experience developing executive dashboards, analytics, and reporting to support risk-based decision making.

  • Experience working within highly regulated industries such as healthcare, health insurance, financial services, or other regulated environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership, translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, and lead enterprise platform modernization initiatives.

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Power Automate, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and enterprise integration technologies.

  • Experience with cloud-based enterprise applications and SaaS platform administration.
