Job Summary

JHS & Associates LLP is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented GRC Manager to oversee governance, risk management, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of risk assessment, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and audit processes, with the ability to identify risks and recommend effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify operational, financial, and compliance risks.
• Review internal controls, policies, procedures, and business processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct internal audits, compliance reviews, and risk-based assessments.
• Identify control gaps and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
• Prepare risk assessment reports, compliance documentation, and management reports.
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely implementation of compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to address audit observations and mitigate risks.
• Support the development and improvement of risk management policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Track remediation plans and ensure timely closure of identified risks and control deficiencies.
• Present key risk findings and recommendations to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in GRC, risk management, internal audit, or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and internal controls.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and audit procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proactive professional with strong expertise in governance, risk, and compliance. The candidate should be capable of independently managing risk assessments, evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance, and recommending process improvements.
