GRC Solution Consultant

Location: Noida
Experience: 15-18 years overall, with 10+ years in GRC
Domain: Cybersecurity, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), Pre-Sales & Solutioning

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GRC solutioning for RFPs, RFIs, proactive and reactive proposals.

• Design and architect GRC solutions aligned with client requirements and budgets.

• Build solutions across:

• Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

• Compliance Assurance

• Risk Management

• GRC Automation

• Maturity Assessments

• Data Privacy

• Drive GRC consulting, advisory, and best practices initiatives.

• Collaborate with sales, delivery teams, and technology partners.

• Develop GTM strategies, capability decks, blogs, whitepapers, and thought leadership content.

• Research market trends, including AI-driven GRC and automation platforms.

• Establish partnerships with GRC automation vendors.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong GRC pre-sales and solutioning experience.

• Experience handling large RFP/RFI responses.

• Deep understanding of:

• NIST

• ISO 27001

• GDPR

• SOX

• IT Risk & Controls

• Experience in a GRC delivery organization.

• Strong commercial and solution-estimation understanding.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Good understanding of broader Cybersecurity services.

• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer
• CRISC
• CISA
• CISM

Education

• Graduation/Post Graduation
• MBA preferred
