• Coordinate with the service team, kitchen, and restaurant management for smooth operations.
• Maintain guest records, feedback, and reservation details.
• Build positive relationships with regular guests and VIP customers.
• Ensure proper grooming, etiquette, and professional communication at all times.
• Monitor guest feedback and take appropriate action to enhance the dining experience.
• Maintain the restaurant’s fine dining standards, ambience, and hospitality etiquette.
